1.How to place an order?

l          when you confirm your order and pay the order,we will shipping your order within 24hours and give you the tracking number.

l          We will always pay attention to your package and tell you the tracking situation of packagel in time.

l          Please notice us at the first time when you receive the package,and sign in your account for confirm the package has delivered, complete order.

2.How long does it take for delivery?

l          For most of orders,we need about 4 to 7 days for delivery as soon as the payment is confirmed from your side,but please note the public long holidays of China will affect the shipment time.During holiday,we will inform you!

3.Will the package be delivered to my door?

l          Yes,we will sent the package direct to your door by courier.

4. When can I check on my order status?

l          When we shipping out your package and give you the tracking number,the express delivery company will update your package information within two days.

5.Will the shoes come with the original boxes?

l          Yes,our shoes will come with original boxes & packing surely.

6. Can I order two pairs of shoe as samples? Can I select the size for my sample pair?

l          Yes. We accept sample order.We will try to get the size you request.

7. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD) ?

l          No.we only accept delivery upon your prepayment. 

8. Do you dropship internationally? How much does it cost?

l          Yes, we have do drop ship. You don't need to spend any extra money.
